Soon after your interviews you will hear from either someone in the business or in the recruitment team to provide you with thorough feedback on each one of your interviews, as well as brief you on the offer if you are successful!

If your interviews and assessment centres have been successful, congratulations! Shortly after, you will be contacted and guided through the offer process.

Multiple offers

A key concern from some candidates is how to deal with multiple offers. Here are a few hints and tips to help you negotiate this process. 

• Establish if there is an offer deadline and don't be afraid of asking the recruitment team if you need more time
• Maintain open and honest communication with all of your recruitment contacts
• Be professional in the way in which you manage the offers i.e. don't ignore calls or decline offers by email, always call and explain your decision
