Our interview process

JPMorgan's interview process varies according to the business area to which you chose to apply.

Graduates

Your first round would consist of an online numerical or combined verbal & numerical test and a number of interviews which would be based on your past experiences, accomplishments as well as suitability and interest in JPMorgan. Your performance in these tests is taken into account during the selection process. The interviews will be held either in London or one of our regional offices, depending on your residency at the time.

Following your first round interviews, you may be invited to attend a business area specific assessment centre, consisting of a number of competency-based exercises and/or second round interviews which will focus on your suitability for a particular group within the division you have applied to.

Internships

Your selection would consist of an online numerical or combined verbal & numerical test and a number of interviews and assessments based on your past experiences, accomplishments as well as suitability and interest in JPMorgan. Your performance in these tests is taken into account during our selection process. The selection process will be held either in London or one of our regional offices, depending on your residency at the time. If you are offered an internship and perform strongly, you may have the opportunity to join the graduate programme either by attending an assessment centre at the end of your placement or through 'on the job' assessment throughout your internship. The assessment centre would consist of competency-based exercises.
