We currently recruit graduates into Investment Banking, Sales, Trading & Research, Risk, Asset Management, Operations, Finance & Business Management and Technology.

Everyone we hire has to meet stringent requirements and we expect exceptional academic qualifications. We also look for individuals who have a strong interest in the business. Personality is key, as well as curiosity, drive, initiative, communication skills and intelligence.

We recruit from all disciplines. Diversity is paramount and it is worth noting that we do not only recruit from information technology, finance, mathematics and engineering but also the arts and humanities.

  • We are looking for team-players and future leaders with exceptional drive, creativity and interpersonal skills. Impeccable academic credentials are important, but so are your achievements outside the classroom.
  • You must have an expected degree minimum of a 2:1 or European equivalent (Second year results should clearly demonstrate that this is a realistic indication).
  • Fluency in English is a pre-requisite. A second European language is essential for some roles and advantageous for others.
