Our global Investment Banking training programme is designed to transform high-potential individuals into high-performing Investment Banking analysts. In addition to equipping you with the skills required of an Investment Banking analyst at JPMorgan you’ll also develop an understanding of the firm's power and global reach.  You’ll meet with senior management - individuals who have been instrumental in changing the dynamics of the industry and peers from around the world.  Most importantly you will appreciate how our culture and core values affect everything we do with both internal and external clients.

The eight-week core programme takes place in New York and Mumbai and gives you the chance to gain a truly global view of the firm.  Delivered by specialist consultants with recognised expertise in their fields as well as our own most experienced JPMorgan professionals, the training programme closes the gap between theory and practice. It's a challenging and interactive learning process with extensive use of deal-based case studies and in-depth modelling workshops.  Concepts and skills to be mastered include those related to accounting, corporate finance, credit analysis, capital markets, financial modelling and valuation.  In addition, business specific training will be provided in Europe to ensure that analysts are equipped with the technical skills required in your assigned business units.  By the end of training, you'll have built a framework for understanding how JPMorgan supports its clients' strategic initiatives with solutions that incorporate world-class advisory, innovative financing and superior capital markets execution from a global network of market leaders.

You’ll be joined by your Investment Banking peers from around the world and we encourage teamwork and the establishment of working relationships among fellow analysts. The training programme represents a great opportunity to develop a global network of colleagues who will provide you with advice, ideas, business contacts and introductions throughout your career. It's a genuinely unique experience, which is extremely demanding but highly enjoyable for the right individual.
