Summer Training

Whilst in the firm you experience a unique summer training programme.  Not only will we equip you with first class technical training from in-house and external experts, we also offer you the following exposure:

1) Senior Speaker Series

Each week you and your class mates will share breakfast with our global leaders of the firm.  The unique opportunity to challenge, probe, and learn from our ‘top brass’ (yucky-need another phrase!) is something that employees in other firms will never have the opportunity to share.  Candid and honest views from the men and women who run J.P. 2) Buddy and Senior Mentoring

Each MBA associate is paired to an associate buddy who will stick with you to allow you to hit the ground running.  Your senior mentor is a Managing Director within the firm eager to offer guidance on your career.
